We are set in the hilltop village of Silvignano, a short drive away from the historic town of Spoleto.

Stunning 3 bedroom villa with wonderful views of the Umbrian valley. 2 bathrooms, main bathroom is en suite. Wonderful chestnut beamed, large sitting room with attached spectacular roof terrace. Large pool set in our very own 1 acre olive grove.

The unrivalled local food and wine is not be missed, Trevi produces some of the very best olive oil in the whole of Italy and Montefalco a number of superb wines including the renowned Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG.
